At My Gifted Hands, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure that we maintain the highest standards of service, we have established the following appointment and cancellation policies. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Appointment Scheduling and Deposit
To secure your appointment for lash extensions, facials, tinting, waxing, or lamination services, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your to service.
Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling and Late Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your appointment. However, in order to provide our clients with the best possible service, we require the following:

24-Hour Notice for Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals: Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We want to ensure that every client receives the full amount of time and attention they deserve. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This is to avoid delays for other clients scheduled after you.
*Please note: If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, the full service may be adjusted or shortened depending on availability.
No-Show/No-Available Clients No-Show Clients
Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice may be asked not to return or may be required to pay in full for any future appointments in advance.
"No Available Clients" In cases where clients fail to show up or cancel without notice, the salon may not have available time slots for future appointments, and you may be placed on a waitlist.
Payment Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic payments.
Balance Due: Any remaining balance after applying the deposit must be paid at the time of service completion.
Service Guarantees Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns and arrange a solution. Any issues raised after 24 hours cannot be addressed.
Retention of Services
For lash extensions or other semi-permanent services, we recommend regular maintenance appointments as discussed during your consultation to ensure longevity and desired results.
Sick and Health-Related Protocols
Your health and safety are important to us. In the case of any health-related concerns, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client showing signs of illness or not adhering to our health protocols.
You’ll receive a text within 48 hours of your appointment with the time and location. Please confirm by replying within 24 hours. If we don’t hear from you, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
